Just Talk

Support that fits around you — not the other way round

The Back and Forth App

The Back & Forth app was built for men who are carrying a lot in their heads but don’t want labels, pressure, or long conversations.

You don’t have to talk.
You don’t have to explain yourself.
You don’t even have to know what’s wrong.

It’s simply there when you need somewhere to offload, pause, or connect.

They’re there when you need them — nothing more.

Reach Out — Peer Support Nearby

For moments when you don’t want to be on your own.

Reach Out lets you connect with other Back & Forth community members nearby who are willing to offer peer support.
• Send a Reach Out request when you need company or conversation
• Other active users nearby are notified in real time
• Connect privately through the app to chat or arrange a meet
• Cancel the request at any time

It’s about human connection — not fixing, advising, or diagnosing.

Important: Reach Out is peer support only. It is not an emergency or crisis service and does not replace professional or emergency care.
