Events

From walks to social nights, we host events to connect, support, and inspire.

What's coming up?

Fortnightly on Thursday is our social night at The Raglan Arms, Dunchurch St, Rugby, from 1900hrs

Fortnightly on Friday is our social night at Broadstreet Rugby Club, Brandon Road, Coventry, from 1900hrs.

Weekly Mental Health Walks

Join us every Saturday at 10 AM for our weekly mental health walks, alternating between two locations:

  • Coventry War Memorial Park: Meet at the café. These walks are run in partnership with another fantastic charity, Fatherhood Solutions.
  • Houlton, Rugby: Meet at the Tuning Fork Café.

Each walk takes approximately an hour to complete, following an easy, accessible route. Just wear sensible shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.

After the walk, there’s an option to stay for a coffee and chat, providing a great opportunity to connect with others. The walks are completely free, and there’s no need to book in advance—simply let us know on our Facebook events page if you’d like to join, or just turn up on the day!

Let’s take steps together toward better mental health.

Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do is offer your presence without pressure. Let them know you're available if they need to talk, but give them the space they need. #SupportSystem #MentalHealthAwareness #Empathy #Kindness #BeThere

Sometimes people prefer hearing about what happened instead of how someone is feeling.
