A FREE 24/7 text message service for anybody to text when they may be struggling with anxiety, loneliness or depression

 through to self harm or suicidal thoughts.

The service is there for someone to get a reply within 15 minutes of their text, and to work through their worries

 and signpost to any resources and potential services which may assist that individuals situation and circumstances.
